What do I need to start selling?
Business registration
Anglia Market accepts registered businesses and sole traders. You will need to provide business registration documents. Sole traders can provide evidence of registration with their local tax authority.
A returns address
Provide a returns address in the market where you sell, or cover overseas return costs through Freepost labels or a collection service. We may verify your returns address by sending a verification code and instructions.
A returns policy
Our seller requirements include a standard 30-day returns policy with a full refund, starting from delivery. Exclusions apply to personalised products and perishable goods. For faulty goods, our requirements extend the returns period to up to 180 days.
Product identifiers
You will generally need GTINs, such as EAN, UPC or ISBN codes. Exceptions include products that are not typically barcoded, such as jewellery or car parts. Private-label products may also qualify for an exemption when clearly branded with your registered trademark for the relevant country.

Your products must meet our marketplace requirements. Provide listing content in the chosen local language and review our
Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy
before uploading your catalogue.
How do I set up payments?
Follow the Stripe Connect setup process provided during seller onboarding. You will be asked for the business, identity and bank account information required to complete verification and enable payments and payouts.
If you already use Stripe and need help connecting your account, contact our seller support team.
How will I receive my payments?
Seller payments are handled through Stripe. After an order is dispatched, funds are released to your Stripe account subject to the applicable security checks.
Availability for withdrawal and arrival in your bank account depend on your Stripe account’s payout schedule and any verification or processing requirements.
How do I apply to become a seller?
Choose your seller plan and complete your application. Our team will review your details and contact you within one working day to discuss the next steps.
How long is the seller agreement?
Starter and Standard plans operate on a 30-day rolling agreement. The Premium plan has a 12-month subscription term.
You can request cancellation at any time. Subscription payments are non-refundable under the stated plan terms. Review your selected plan’s terms before applying.
Are any products restricted?
Restricted or prohibited products include:
- Illegal products.
- Counterfeit, unauthorised or unlicensed merchandise.
- Non-CE-marked toys, as listed in our seller requirements.
- Products that infringe another party’s intellectual property rights.

How do customers contact me?
Customers can contact you about an order through their Anglia Market account. They can also ask questions about products or delivery through your product pages and seller storefront.
